The Ahlul Bayt Scholars Association of Turkey, in a statement, declared any form of aggression against the Ayatolla Khamenei (the Supreme Leader) to be a red line for the Islamic world.
AhlulBayt News Agency: In its statement, the Ahlul Bayt Scholars Association of Turkey condemned any plan by the United States to commit aggression against the Supreme Leader and described it as its absolute red line.
The statement reads:
“Today, humanity—particularly the Islamic world—is passing through one of the most sensitive turns in its history. The boundaries between truth and falsehood, extending far beyond the Middle East, have become unmistakably clear across the globe, and two fronts now stand in open confrontation.
It is evident to every person of reason and conscience that the banner of oppression and arrogance is held by the Great Satan, the United States, and its illegitimate offspring, the usurping Zionist regime. On the other side stands the magnificent Front of Resistance, under the wise leadership and guidance of Imam Khamenei, as the vanguard of the front of truth, rising to realize justice and liberate the oppressed.
At this decisive juncture, standing against the oppressors and supporting the oppressed is a religious and human obligation upon all free people of the world. Accordingly, we once again proclaim that from Palestine to Yemen, from Lebanon and Syria to Myanmar and Venezuela, we will remain steadfast supporters and companions of the oppressed of the world.
We issue a clear warning to the arrogant powers: Islamic sanctities and the exalted position of religious guardianship and leadership—today borne by His Eminence Ayatollah al-Uzma Imam Khamenei (may his shadow endure)—constitute our absolute and vital red line. If the arrogant powers have even the slightest concern for their own survival, they must remove even the thought of violating this sanctity from their minds; otherwise, they will face a storm of sacred wrath with devastating and unimaginable consequences.
We beseech Almighty God for the final victory of the Front of Truth and the unity of the Islamic Ummah.”
